Every piece is packed by hand, with intention and respect for your time.
All orders are processed within one to two business day.
On provincial holidays, our workshop rests.
Orders placed during these brief pauses may experience slight delays — thank you for understanding.

Your order travels securely, with full tracking — anywhere in the world.
Orders over $200 ship free.
For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location:
Tracked shipping — Canada (QC & ON) — 2 to 3 business days — $8
Tracked shipping — Canada (rest of country) — 2 to 5 business days — $12
Tracked shipping — USA — 4 to 6 business days — $12
Tracked shipping — International — 7 to 10 business days — $18
These timelines do not include potential customs delays.
Taxes & Duties
Duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout when applicable.
These fees are paid at checkout, so no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
Canada: GST + QST added at checkout
USA: duties added at checkout
EU: VAT and duties added at checkout
If Something Goes Wrong — We’re Here
Delayed Packages
Customs delays are beyond our control, so we’re unable to offer refunds for late delivery.
But we’re always here to support you — reach out, and we’ll do our best to guide the situation.
Know that these delays sadden us too. Your patience is deeply appreciated.
Lost Parcels
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know.
If the carrier offers no resolution, we’ll send a replacement.
A lost parcel disappoints us just as much as it does you — thank you for trusting us while we resolve it.
