All our jewelry are designed and handmade with a concern for quality and durability. By preventing deterioration and maintaining them properly, you can wear them for years to come. In the exceptional case of a defective jewelry, we will be able to evaluate if the problem comes from the making process. If that is the case, we will be happy to repair or exchange the broken item free of charge within 45 days of the date of purchase.
However, if the breakage or defect appears to result from accident, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the jewel, we reserve the right to refuse repair or exchange of the item.
