Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be sent in their original form and mint condition, otherwise they will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for delivery charges for the return of his order.
For an exchange or refund, please contact us by mentioning your name, surname and order number and we will follow up with you. You will be given a return address (Beloeil, Quebec, Canada). You will need to use a return method with tracking number. Packages that do not arrive safely cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Sono wood, black wood and leather are also available for their organic character. Handcrafted in Rajasthan, each piece is designed with a concern of quality and durability.
As our jewels are handmade, they can have slight differences from one to another. By preventing deterioration and maintaining them properly, you will be able to wear them for years to come. All our jewels are guaranteed for a period of 45 days. In the exceptional case of a defective jewelry, we will be able to evaluate if the problem comes from the making process. If that is the case, we will be happy to repair or exchange the broken item free of charge within 45 days of the date of purchase. However, if the breakage or defect appears to result from accident, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the jewel, we reserve the right to refuse repair or exchange of the item. In case of breakage, please contact us with a picture of the item, your name, first name and order number and we will follow up with you.
The plating of gold plated, or vermeil jewelry is not guaranteed since its durability varies depending on use, devotion to care instructions, climate, skin type and lifestyle.
